ETB Esport

MOVE FROM FRAGMENTED CLUBS TO A COHESIVE BRAND ARCHITECTURE WITHOUT LOSING LOCAL COMMUNITY ROOTS.
VIC ETB, a well-established sports club in Catalunya, had expanded into new business units over the years, fragmenting its brand and blurring its identity. The club struggled to articulate its value and connect its different areas under a common vision.
A new umbrella brand, ETB Esport, that unites and leads the sports areas of Club Natació Vic, Jufré Cycling, Inspira Espai Salut and Esfera. This new brand architecture provide coherence and strength to a project that is both athletic and educational, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to sport and the local community.
With a strong social purpose, ETB Esport builds a collective narrative that celebrates sport while respecting the individuality of each entity. This structure enables each brand to grow within a coherent ecosystem and opens new opportunities for future expansion and positioning.

JOSEBA CRUZ
GASTRONOMY · 2018–2021
FREEDOM THROUGH CONSTRAINT
Independent chef Joseba Cruz had earned local recognition, but this story lacked impact and visibility beyond his region and the traditional restaurant circuit. He needed to build a strong personal brand and cultural positioning for Joseba Cruz, moving beyond conventional chef storytelling.
With the creative agency Fauna and the director Aleix Vilardebò we ideated and produced a short documentary designed as the cornerstone of Joseba's public image. A manifesto film that crystallized his philosophy. Distribution was conceived as part of the strategy from the start: collaboration with Freak Agency to design a selective festival and media circuit, targeting both the gastronomy and film communities.
The project reshaped brand perception and positioned Joseba among Spain's most distinctive contemporary chefs. The film was pre-selected for the 2021 Goya Awards, confirming both its artistic quality and its strategic precision.
